Launch and fundraiser dinner. The Federazione Italiana Baseball raise money to fund scholarships for students and for the earthquake relief fund. Fundraiser being done by Carmines on Graham Avenue, Brooklyn.

The East New York United Concerned Citizens Inc. is dedicated to developing and providing the community residents with comprehensive community programs and services to combat poverty, increase community awareness of important urban issues and to develop and generate community leadership by distributing resource materials, and conducting workshop and lectures for community residents; and promoting the wellbeing and betterment of the community by organizing, funding and sponsoring community events and programs where generations of community residents, from the young to the elderly meet in recreational settings to discuss community concerns and issues.
Peter Castellana III, Peter Castellana Jr. and the Castellana Foundation, along with Western Beef are proud to sponsor the 4th Annual Nicholas Pedone Foundation ‘Fight Hard Smile Big’. With the support of Castellana Foundation, they were able to raise more than $66,000 in net proceeds, which goes toward their mission to help deliver smiles to courageous kids fighting cancer. In 2016 alone, they have granted $250,000 to Cohen Children’s Medical Center to renovate and reconstruct their pediatric oncology playroom. Also funded $25,000 to the Winthorp University Hospital’s Game On Project, which equipped 8 of their rooms with new TV’s, Xbox’s, stands and game library. Also they funded $18,000 to Montefiore Children’s Hospital to help assist with technology upgrade in their pediatric oncology outpatient unit with new iPads, cases and storage.
Peter Castellana III, Peter Castellana Jr. and the Castellana Foundation, along with Western Beef were glad to make a donation to the Annual Golf Outing of the St. Francis deSales School for the Deaf. By the support they were able to raise over $30,000 for the students and enables them to participate in an after school program from Novemner until Match. The extra time that they spend at school benefits them not only educationally, bunt physically, socially and emotionally as well. The event turned out to be an enjoyable and exciting day for everyone.
Peter Castellana III, Peter Castellana Jr. and the Castellana Foundation, along with Western Beef were glad to make a donation to the Annual Fundraiser of Lakeview Fire Department. At the event there would be musical entertainment, food, drinks and ruffle. The Lakeview Fire Department are volunteer fire and rescue department department, responding to fires, resident and business alarms, auto accidents, EMS calls, basic and advanced life support with state of the art medic services.
Peter Castellana III, Peter Castellana Jr. and the Castellana Foundation, along with Western Beef were happy to make a donation to the Run to Stop MS marathon. The marathon raises funds for the MS society by fundraising while running 26.2 miles in the goal to stop the progress of MS to restore function that has been lost and to end the disease forever.
The goal of National Multiple Sclerosis Society is to move forward toward a world free of multiple sclerosis by moving research toward by pursuing prevention treatment and cure, reach out to individuals families and communities with MS. Having politicians and legislation to champion the needs of people with MS through activism, advocacy and influence.
New Creation Ministries was established in 1955 and have been continuing effective entity serving the communities of Brownsville, East Brooklyn, Ocean Hill, Cypress Hills, here in the borough of Brooklyn. Its influences gave reached far beyond the borough corridors as it refers and networks with many established social organizations throughout the city. Its ministries have included but are not limited to addressing the needs of the homeless, jobless, mentally challenged, sick and shit-in as well as the youth issues that challenge our communities. Peter Castellana III, Peter Castellana Jr. and the Castellana Foundation, along with Western Beef were happy to make a donation to the 400-600 participant members of New Creation Ministries so they could enjoy Thanksgiving dinner by having food distributions such as Thanksgiving meals, bags of food items, and turkeys.
The mission of the Community Caring Center of Greater Boynton Beach is to create a healthier community through nutrition education, social services and economic development services. Peter Castellana III, Peter Castellana Jr. and the Castellana Foundation, along with Western Beef were pleased to donate to the Magic Masquerade Gala at the Community Caring Center of Greater Boynton Beach. The gala will include: VIP reception, dinner, silent auction and raffles. Honorary chair would be Michele Wright, news anchor at CBS 12. Brian Edwards is the MC, and 250 guests would be attended.
Peter Castellana III, Peter Castellana Jr. and the Castellana Foundation, along with Western Beef were pleased to donate to the Bid-for-Kids Annual Auction of Long Island Lutheran Middle & High School. Each fall, over 200 volunteers come together to create a spectacular evening at Bid-for-Kids Dinner Auction. Unique themes and creative decorations transport attendees to interesting places and times where they have the opportunity to bid on over 400 exciting prize packages. From the silent auction and ticket auction to specialty raffles and the live auction, there’s something for everyone at LuHi’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Bid-for-Kids annually raises close to $150,000 annually for programs and enhancements that directly affect our students. The 2016 Bid-for-Kids Auction Dinner will be held on Saturday, November 12. This year’s theme, The Roaring 20s will transport guests to the time of jazz bands, bootleggers, raccoon coats, flappers, bootleggers, and marathon dancers!
Long Island Lutheran Middle & High School serves hundreds of children in grades 6 through 12 with college preparatory education in a Christian, caring atmosphere. As a non-profit institution, they rely heavily upon the support of the community so they can continue to develop compassionate and educated leaders for the future.
